Shipping Policy

Handling Time

We try to ship your order as fast as possible (doesn't do us any good sitting here). Most orders ship between 2 and 5 business days. If your order will take more than 5 business days to ship we will let you know.

Exclusions

Free shipping offers are only valid on retail orders. Wholesale customers do not qualify for coupon, campaign, or free shipping discounts.

International

International shipping can be handled via USPS depending on availability. Orders outside of the US typically can take anywhere from 5 days - 3 weeks due to customs processing.

International Orders - Please Note

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable to due to mistakes in shipping information provided, you, the customer, will be responsible for the additional shipping charges associated with re-shipping the package.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are proud of our products and stand behind them 100%. That being said, not every scent or every product is for everyone.

We're happy to offer free returns and/or exchanges within 30 days of your order for a full refund or exchange of equal or lesser value.

Returns made after 30 days from the order date will receive either a partial refund or a store coupon.
